What makes a successful team?

These gears represent the values we strive to uphold, both as individuals and as a company. If one gear or one value slips, we all slip. We all must work together to perform our responsibilities seamlessly and avoid unedifying friction. These are the values we focus on in order to achieve that goal.

Golden Rule:

We treat everyone the way we want to be treated. All property is cared for as our own. Respect, kindness, and grace are key.

Integrity:

We hold ourselves, our service, and our products to the highest standard. We do what is best for our clients and our company. Our honesty and accountability are most important.

Team:

We are a team dependent upon each other. We work for ONE company where no person or job is valued more than another. We win or lose together.

No Gossip, No Drama:

Gossip is revealing personal information about others. We do NOT discuss any issue with team members who do not have the ability to alter the outcome. Gossip leads to drama and is unproductive.

Growth:

We grow ourselves, our team, and our company. Each team member is encouraged to bring new ideas to promote quality and efficiency. We will be better today than we were yesterday, and better tomorrow than we are today.

Fear Not:

We do not hold back on doing something because we are afraid.
