Pool Construction Field Technician

As a Pool Construction Field Technician, you help make our clients dreams come true.  You will be working with steel, cement, tile, stone, and dirt to create a beautiful oasis.  If you enjoy seeing transformation at the end of your day, this is the job for you.  Our Construction Team creates a beautiful backyard oasis where there was nothing.  Your responsibilities would include:

  • Mixing cement
  • Digging
  • Cutting Stones
  • Other areas of general construction as the need arises

As a Pool Construction Field Technician, you will be required to:

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Clean driving and criminal record
  • Be Friendly
  • Work as a team

Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician

As a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician, you help make our clients dreams of a clean beautiful back yard swimming pool come true.  You will be working independently and in teams to open/close and maintain swimming pools.  If you enjoy working outdoors this may be your opportunity to enjoy warm summer days.  Your responsibilities would include:

  • Vacuum swimming pools and spas
  • Check mechanical equipment for proper function and cleaning
  • Check and balance water chemistry

 

As a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be required to:

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Clean driving and criminal record
  • Be Friendly
  • Work as a team and independently
  • Work in warm and rainy weather

Our preferred candidate will have:

  • Some knowledge of swimming pools
  • The ability to work with limited supervision

Retail Customer Care Associate

As a Retail Customer Care Associate, you will help our clients dreams of a clean beautiful back yard swimming pool come true.  You will be helping customers of our retail store find equipment and chemicals to help make owning a pool or spa easier and more enjoyable.  If you take pride in helping customers and solving problems this is a great opportunity for you to do both.  Your responsibilities would include:

  • Perform water tests with our computerized water testing station
  • Make recommendations for proper chemical balancing of water
  • Ring customer sales
  • Maintain proper inventory in the retail store
  • Clean and maintain sales area

As a Retail Customer Care Associate, you will be required to:

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Clean criminal record
  • Have a great level of conscience for customer service
  • Be Friendly
  • Lift 50lbs unassisted

  • Gain knowledge of products and services

Our preferred candidate will have:

  • Some knowledge of swimming pools
  • 1-year retail experience

Swimming Pool Maintenance Team Leader

As a Swimming Pool Maintenance Team Leader, you will be leading a team of swimming pool maintenance professionals to make our clients backyard pools hassle free.  Denscot is looking for someone who sees themselves as a mentor not a “boss”, that is willing lend a hand, or inspire the team when needed.  If you enjoy working with others to accomplish a common goal, this may be your perfect opportunity.  Your responsibilities would include:

  • Schedule and perform opening & closing of pools/spas
  • Schedule and perform as needed weekly maintenance of pools/spas
  • Schedule and perform repairs to client systems
  • Maintain Team standards to reduce call backs
  • Meet clients to discuss new services and/or solutions
  • Educate/Train team members

As a Swimming Pool Maintenance Team Leader, you will be required to:

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Lift 50lbs unassisted
  • Clean driving and criminal record
  • Be Friendly
  • Work as a team and independently
  • Work in warm and rainy weather

Our preferred candidate will have:

  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Mechanical Aptitude
  • 5 years in the swimming pool industry
  • Supervisory and or Leadership Experience
  • Certified Maintenance Specialist certification – preferred but not required
  • SP2 License preferred, but not required
