On behalf of Denscot Pool & Spa, I’d like to welcome you to The Denscot Column, a blog run by, well, us! We are so glad you've chosen to spend a few moments with us today. How is the weather where you are right now? This week in New Preston it's been a little wet and gray, and there's a coolness to the air that feels more like October, and less like April. Last week it felt like summer, and just a few weeks before that, New England had one crazy winter blizzard. 

It seems there's a lot of unpredictable in the world, and not just the weather. It's so important to surround yourself with the kind of people who will add to your peace and share in your vision and hope for the future. Just another reason we're glad to have you here with us! 

Speaking of the future, you may have noticed a few changes to our website, or even to our office and store if you've had the chance to stop by recently. We've extended our regular summer store hours, and our team is growing-we've hired some terrific people who are already proving to be great additions to our already amazing team.

So why start a blog? We at Denscot, both as a company and as individuals, value the relationships we have worked to develop with so many of our clients. This is just one more way we’d like to connect with you and share our resources and knowledge to bring you the best pool or spa ownership experience. Some topics you can anticipate being covered in this blog are water health and balance, special features you can incorporate in your pool to enhance your backyard experience, water safety, employee spotlights, updates and announcements about the pool industry, and sneak peeks at all the things Denscot has going on throughout the year.

There are more BIG changes coming down the pike for Denscot, so please stick around with us as we embrace our exciting future. We're looking forward to seeing how we grow together.
